Wizkid beat other heavyweight nominees D'banj, Psquare, Flavour, Davido and Iyanya to win the award.
Wizzy was present to receive his award too, the young hit maker had traveled to Ghana along with his team – EME execs Banky W, Tunde Demuren, Star Boy Entertainment manager Godwin Tom, producer Maleek Berry and official EME DJ, DJ Xclusive.
