The incident, occurred at the early hours of Wednesday morning at Oritse Street in Imude community, under Oto-Awori local development council area of Lagos. After allegedly committing the devilish deed, the suspect, Allen Biodun, 30, reportedly dragged the remains of his brother, Allen Olawale Ayetimi, 24, Toan uncompleted building behind their compound and dumped it inside the foundation of the building, covered it with leaves. Thereafter he quietly went to his room and took his late brother's ATM card, his Merchant navy uniform and phone. Crime Guard gathered that the deceased only returned from an official trip to Port Harcourt at about 11pm Tuesday. Although, the late Olawale was based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. But his mission to his family's house as reliably gathered, was to settle a score between his elder brother and mother. Neighbours who referred to Biodun as a terror in the area, alleged that he was also responsible for the death of his father two years ago. He was alleged to have poisoned his father's food in order to take over his three-bedroom bungalow as inheritance. After his father's death, Biodun reportedly chased his mother and siblings out of the main building, giving them the two shops in front of the house. Noone, could however tell whether there was any scuffle between Olawale and his elder brother on his arrival. But Crime Guard gathered that there had been a lingering dispute between the duo. Sources attributed the dispute to petty jealousy which could be likened to that of the biblical Cain and Abel story. The death of their father as gathered, saddled Olawale with the responsibility of catering for members of his family, since he was the only one who was working among them. Unknown to him, his good will did not go down well with his elder brother, who on the other hand, reportedly resorted to buglary and bullying as a means of survival. At other times, Biodun reportedly did menial jobs. But the fear of Biodun in the environment was the beginning of wisdom. "After the death of his father, he took to burglary. Everybody is afraid of him in the street. The only thing people did was to close their doors or even enter their rooms whenever they see him coming. Even if you see him stealing your property, you have no option than to beg him to return them because if you shout at him, he will beat you and nobody will come to your rescue", a resident said, when Crime Guard visited. Another possible reason attributed to the seeming 'cold war' between the duo as gathered, followed Olawale's refusal to sometimes meet with Biodun's financial demand, an action the latter took as intimidation and disrespect on his person. Journey to Death: On arrival from Port Harcourt that fateful day, Olawale reportedly washed his uniform, took his bath and shared a brief moment with his mother and siblings in the shop they were confined to,during which he informed them that his mission home was to convince his brother to accept them back into the main building, unaware that he would never live to see his mission accomplished. Before retiring to his bedroom which he shared with his elder brother, Olawale was said to have instructed one of his sisters to boil water for him to bath the next morning. But apprehension set in at about 7am Wednesday, after his sister went to inform him that the hot water was ready, only to discover his blood stained clothes on the floor, without any sight of him. As she was about to leave the room, she reportedly met Biodun, who informed her that Olawale had gone to the bank. Unsure of what to do, his sister, reportedly alerted her mother who raised an alarm that created a scene in front of the building. At that moment, a neighbour identified as Mr Sunday Abogunrin, disclosed to the gathering that he saw Biodun hours back, dragging something on the ground. Their greatest fear was confirmed when Biodun bolted at the verge of being questioned about the whereabouts of his younger brother. Noone, could at first run after him, apparently unsure of what he could be up to. It only took the efforts of a man among the crowd to catch him. After much persuation, Biodun reportedly took the crowd to where he laid the remains of his younger brother. On closer look, a deep cut, was discovered in the late Olawale's neck and forehead. How I killed my brother A mild drama reportedly unfolded as Biodun, according to eye witnesses, started behaving like someone that was mentally ill, following his incoherent statement. But at a point, he reportedly confessed to have stabbed Olawale while he was sleeping. The neighbour who claimed to have seen Biodun dragging the body of Olawale, told Crime Guard that: "I came out at about 1 am to ease myself at the backyard, when I noticed some movements. Out of curiosity, I peeped to see who it was, only to find Biodun dragging something on the floor. When I finished from the toilet, he was returning from where he went. I noticed his hands were stained with blood and when I asked where the blood came from, he said he just killed a goat. I never suspected anything, so, I went inside to sleep. It was when I heard shout from their compound in the morning that I had to disclose what happened" The residents who wondered why a man could go as far as taking his own brother's life, were however not too surprised, as some of them claimed they saw it coming. According to one Ochukwo:"It is unfortunate that Olawale died. Biodun has actually made do his threat because he had on several occasions boasted that he would be the one to kill Olalwale someday. He had stabbed him before during a fight and since then, had told several persons that he would kill him someday". On why nobody cared to inform the police about Biodun's threat , the residents said they would not want a situation whereby he would come after them at the end of the day. Crime Guard gathered that Biodun's mother and siblings were currently not only devastated by the tragic incident but were also afraid Biodun could carry out a more dastardly act if let off the hook. He was however, handed over to the traditional ruler of the community, who thereafter, invited the Police.Source – vanguard news.

Discussions over the building of a new Church on Kongo campus has ongoing been on for years, and the Christian community in the university is accusing the management of favouritism on the grounds that there are several Mosques on the campus and that it has never denied the Muslim community permission to construct a new one.

The security operative said, "As it is now, there is tension because of the development and we have forwarded our security report to our superiors for prompt action."

In a letter dated February 18, 2013, addressed to the Catholics and the Christian community, Professor Mustapha said, "there will be no more new Churches on the Kongo Campus", and asked the Christian community to arrange to utilize the existing chapel.

The university is yet to respond to the issue in the media, but the Christian community is understood to have formally alerted the Kaduna State government and the security agencies of the latest developments

Mike Tyson has a history of being the victim of
 financial exploitation. But those
days are over as Mike Tyson has filed a suit
 against Live Nation-owned financial services
 firm, SFX Financial Advisory Management
 Enterprises for embezzlement.

According to the suit, Tyson claims that one of
SFX's advisors embezzled over $300,000 and cost
him millions of dollars in losses. The lawsuit also
states that the Live Nation-owned financial
services firm has not provided the former
heavyweight champion or his wife with a detailed
report of their losses. The lawsuit asserts that due
to the embezzlement, Iron Mike was not able to
get out of bankruptcy and thus turn down
lucrative contract offers. Here is a direct quote
 from the lawsuit:
"Defendants did not secure, protect, safeguard
and appropriately apply the Tysons' finances for
 their intended purposes, but instead
misappropriated said funds for the benefit and
 enrichment of SFX/Live Nation."
Tyson is seeking "more than $5 million in
damages for breach of fiduciary duty, negligent
hiring, unjust enrichment and other claims,"
according to The Huffington Post. A Live Nation
 Entertainment Inc representative states the
company can not comment on the suit until they
 are served with the papers.

Tyson has reinvented his career since Tyson
proclaimed he wanted to move on with his life
following his embarrassing defeat in this final
bout no June 11th, 2005 to Kevin McBride. He has
starred in record-breaking The Hangover series
and on February 28th will begin a 3-night one
man show about his life since the 1980s called
Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth. Directed by Spike
Lee, the show will be at the Orpheum Theatre in
 New York City.

transformed from anonymous to public enemy #1
to a cultural commodity and the prize in a
competition among media outlets, for his burned
 corpse's pictures.
According to TMZ, the seller of the photographs
came to their offices and displayed the pictures.
Allegedly the dismembered body of former officer
of the Los Angeles Police Department turned
vigilante had a charred midsection, several
missing limbs and the top of its head gone
presumably due to a self-inflicted gunshot.
 Interestingly enough, several body parts
remained barely damaged including his eyeballs
and teeth which was convenient for the LAPD in
 identifying the body.
Early reports state that Christopher Dorner's
driver's license was found beside his disfigured
body setting off skeptics to question how a
driver's license remains intact in a fire that left
 Dorner's body unrecognizable. Since Dorner's
February 12th death no photograph of his body,
driver's license or the three different wallets
multiple news stations reported were found.

Teresa Evans, the training officer that Dorner had
a dispute with that led to his eventual firing from
the LAPD told CBSNews.com that it was her tip
that led to police finding the infamous manifesto
and making Dorner a suspect. After the death of
Monica Quann, daughter of Dorner's former lawyer
Randall Quann, Evans said she had a "nagging,
sinking feeling" that Dorner was the culprit:
"In my mind, it felt like such a long shot. But my
gut feeling made it a lot stronger than that. I just
knew. Something told me that there was some
 kind of a connection."

The mum-to-be stepped out in a skin-hugging dress that revealed her expanding baby bump and ledge-ndary derriere in all their glory.
Her black and white dress was a hit in the fashion stakes, ticking the Spring/Summer trend of monochrome and smart tailoring.
And it also served to tease fans with a now-you-see-it, now-you-don't glimpse of her famous body.
The body-hugging black dress was adorned with a draping white panel that covered the front – and only one side of her body.
Meaning when she turned to the other side only the clingy black material was visible.

Kim, who is still favouring stilettos over flats, had arranged her jet black hair into a neat bun and applied a slash of tomato red lippy to her lips.
The 32-year-old reality star has revealed that she and partner Kanye West will be finding out the sex of her baby before its birth in July.

She told E! news: "I don't know what we're having yet. I do want to find out, I do."
But she said she doesn't have a preference over a boy or girl.
Lucky Kim has spoken of how grateful she is to have had an easy pregnancy so far.
As well as dodging morning sickness and weird food cravings, the growing bump hasn't affected her sleeping patterns – because she has the ability to settle down anywhere.
She explained: "I sleep amazing, it's like the best sleep ever.

When it affects the lower urinary tract it is known as a simple cystitis (a bladder infection) and when it affects the upper urinary tract it is known as pyelonephritis (a kidney infection). Symptoms from a lower urinary tract include painful urination and either frequent urination or urge to urinate (or both), while those of pyelonephritis include fever and flank pain in addition to the symptoms of a lower UTI. In the elderly and the very young, symptoms may be vague or non specific. The main causal agent of both types is Escherichia coli, however other bacteria, viruses or fungi may rarely be the cause.Urinary tract infections occur more commonly in women than men, with half of women having at least one infection at some point in their lives. Recurrences are common. Risk factors include female anatomy, sexual intercourse and family history. Pyelonephritis, if it occurs, usually follows a bladder infection but may also result from a blood borne infection. Diagnosis in young healthy women can be based on symptoms alone. In those with vague symptoms, diagnosis can be difficult because bacteria may be present without there being an infection. In complicated cases or if treatment has failed, a urine culture may be useful. In those with frequent infections, low dose antibiotics may be taken as a preventative measure. In uncomplicated cases, urinary tract infections are easily treated with a short course of antibiotics, although resistance to many of the antibiotics used to treat this condition is increasing. In complicated cases, longer course or intravenous antibiotics may be needed, and if symptoms have not improved in two or three days, further diagnostic testing is needed. In women, urinary tract infections are the most common form of bacterial infection with 10% developing urinary tract infections yearly.Signs and symptomsLower urinary tract infection is also referred to as a bladder infection. The most common symptoms are burning with urination and having to urinate frequently (or an urge to urinate) in the absence of vaginal discharge and significant pain.[1] These symptoms may vary from mild to severe[2] and in healthy women last an average of six days.[3] Some pain above the pubic bone or in the lower back may be present. People experiencing an upper urinary tract infection, or pyelonephritis, may experience flank pain, fever, or nausea and vomiting in addition to the classic symptoms of a lower urinary tract infection.[2] Rarely the urine may appear bloody[4] or contain visible pyuria (pus in the urine).[5]In children In young children, the only symptom of a urinary tract infection (UTI) may be a fever. Because of the lack of more obvious symptoms, when females under the age of two or uncircumcised males less than a year exhibit a fever, a culture of the urine is recommended by many medical associations. Infants may feed poorly, vomit, sleep more, or show signs of jaundice. In older children, new onset urinary incontinence (loss of bladder control) may occur.[6]In the elderly Urinary tract symptoms are frequently lacking in the elderly.[7] The presentations may be vague with incontinence, a change in mental status, or fatigue as the only symptoms.[2] While some present to a health care provider with sepsis, an infection of the blood, as the first symptoms.[4] Diagnosis can be complicated by the fact that many elderly people have preexisting incontinence or dementia.[7]CausesE. coli is the cause of 80–85% of urinary tract infections, with Staphylococcus saprophyticus being the cause in 5–10%.[1] Rarely they may be due to viral or fungal infections.[8] Other bacterial causes include: Klebsiella, Proteus, Pseudomonas, and Enterobacter. These are uncommon and typically related to abnormalities of the urinary system or urinary catheterization.[4] Urinary tract infections due to Staphylococcus aureus typically occur secondary to blood-borne infections.[2]Sex In young sexually active women, sexual activity is the cause of 75–90% of bladder infections, with the risk of infection related to the frequency of sex.[1] The term "honeymoon cystitis" has been applied to this phenomenon of frequent UTIs during early marriage. In post-menopausal women, sexual activity does not affect the risk of developing a UTI. Spermicide use, independent of sexual frequency, increases the risk of UTIs.[1]Women are more prone to UTIs than men because, in females, the urethra is much shorter and closer to the anus.[9] As a woman's estrogen levels decrease with menopause, her risk of urinary tract infections increases due to the loss of protective vaginal flora.[9]Urinary catheters Urinary catheterization increases the risk for urinary tract infections. The risk of bacteriuria (bacteria in the urine) is between three to six percent per day and prophylactic antibiotics are not effective in decreasing symptomatic infections.[9] The risk of an associated infection can be decreased by catheterizing only when necessary, using aseptic technique for insertion, and maintaining unobstructed closed drainage of the catheter.[10][11][12]Others A predisposition for bladder infections may run in families. Other risk factors include diabetes,[1] being uncircumcised, and having a large prostate.[2] Complicating factors are rather vague and include predisposing anatomic, functional, or metabolic abnormalities. A complicated UTI is more difficult to treat and usually requires more aggressive evaluation, treatment and follow-up.[13] In children UTIs are associated with vesicoureteral reflux (an abnormal movement of urine from the bladder into ureters or kidneys) and constipation.[6]Persons with spinal cord injury are at increased risk for urinary tract infection in part because of chronic use of catheter, and in part because of voiding dysfunction.[14] It is the most common cause of infection in this population, as well as the most common cause of hospitalization.[14] Additionally, use of cranberry juice or cranberry supplement appears to be ineffective in prevention and treatment in this population.[15]PathogenesisThe bacteria that cause urinary tract infections typically enter the bladder via the urethra. However, infection may also occur via the blood or lymph. It is believed that the bacteria are usually transmitted to the urethra from the bowel, with females at greater risk due to their anatomy. After gaining entry to the bladder, E. Coli are able to attach to the bladder wall and form a biofilm that resists the body's immune response.[4]PreventionA number of measures have not been confirmed to affect UTI frequency including: urinating immediately after intercourse, the type of underwear used, personal hygiene methods used after urinating or defecating, or whether a person typically bathes or showers.[1] There is similarly a lack of evidence surrounding the effect of holding one's urine, tampon use, and douching.[9] In those with frequent urinary tract infections who use spermicide or a diaphragm as a method of contraception, they are advised to use alternative methods.[4] Condom use without spermicide or use of birth control pills does not increase the risk of uncomplicated urinated tract infection.[16][1]Medications For those with recurrent infections, a prolonged course of daily antibiotics is effective.[1] Medications frequently used include nitrofurantoin and trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole.[4]Methenamine is another agent frequently used for this purpose as in the bladder where the acidity is low it produces formaldehyde to which resistance does not develop.[17] In cases where infections are related to intercourse, taking antibiotics afterwards may be useful.[4] In post-menopausal women, topical vaginal estrogen has been found to reduce recurrence. As opposed to topical creams, the use of vaginal estrogen from pessaries has not been as useful as low dose antibiotics.[18] A number of vaccines are in development as of 2011.[4]In children The evidence that preventative antibiotics decrease urinary tract infections in children is poor.[19] However recurrent UTIs are a rare cause of further kidney problems if there are no underlying abnormalities of the kidneys, resulting in less than a third of a percent (0.33%) of chronic kidney disease in adults.[20] Whether routine circumcisions prevents UTIs has not been well studied as of 2011.[21]Alternative medicine Some research suggests that cranberry (juice or capsules) may decrease the incidence in those with frequent infections;[22][23][24] however a Cochrane Review of the available research has concluded that the benefit, if it exists, is small.[25] Long-term tolerance is also an issue[22] with gastrointestinal upset occurring in more than 30%.[26] Cranberry juice is thus not currently recommended for this indication.[25]As of 2011, intravaginal probiotics require further study to determine if they are beneficial.[4]DiagnosisIn straightforward cases, a diagnosis may be made and treatment given based on symptoms alone without further laboratory confirmation. In complicated or questionable cases, it may be useful to confirm the diagnosis via urinalysis, looking for the presence of urinary nitrites, white blood cells (leukocytes), or leukocyte esterase. Another test, urine microscopy, looks for the presence of red blood cells, white blood cells, or bacteria. Urine culture is deemed positive if it shows a bacterial colony count of greater than or equal to 103colony-forming units per mL of a typical urinary tract organism. Antibiotic sensitivity can also be tested with these cultures, making them useful in the selection of antibiotic treatment. However, women with negative cultures may still improve with antibiotic treatment.[1] As symptoms can be vague and without reliable tests for urinary tract infections, diagnosis can be difficult in the elderly.[7]Classification A urinary tract infection may involve only the lower urinary tract, in which case it is known as a bladder infection. Alternatively, it may involve the upper urinary tract, in which case it is known as pyelonephritis. If the urine contains significant bacteria but there are no symptoms, the condition is known as asymptomatic bacteriuria.[2] If a urinary tract infection involves the upper tract, and the person has diabetes mellitus, is pregnant, is male, or immunocompromised, it is considered complicated.[3][4] Otherwise if a woman is healthy and premenopausal it is considered uncomplicated.[3] In children when a urinary tract infection is associated with a fever, it is deemed to be an upper urinary tract infection.[6]In children To make the diagnosis of a urinary tract infection in children, a positive urinary culture is required. Contamination poses a frequent challenge depending on the method of collection used, thus a cutoff of 105 CFU/mL is used for a "clean-catch" mid stream sample, 104 CFU/mL is used for catheter-obtained specimens, and 102 CFU/mL is used for suprapubic aspirations (a sample drawn directly from the bladder with a needle). The use of "urine bags" to collect samples is discouraged by the World Health Organization due to the high rate of contamination when cultured, and catheterization is preferred in those not toilet trained. Some, such as the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends renal ultrasound and voiding cystourethrogram (watching a person's urethra and urinary bladder with real time x-rays while they urinate) in all children less than two year old who have had a urinary tract infection. However, because there is a lack of effective treatment if problems are found, others such as the National Institute for Clinical Excellence only recommends routine imaging in those less than six month old or who have unusual findings.[6]Differential diagnosis In women with cervicitis (inflammation of the cervix) or vaginitis (inflammation of the vagina) and in young men with UTI symptoms, a Chlamydia trachomatis or Neisseria gonorrheae infection may be the cause.[2][27] Vaginitis may also be due to a yeast infection.[28]Interstitial cystitis (chronic pain in the bladder) may be considered for people who experience multiple episodes of UTI symptoms but urine cultures remain negative and not improved with antibiotics.[29]Prostatitis (inflammation of the prostate) may also be considered in the differential diagnosis.[30]TreatmentThe main stay of treatment is antibiotics. Phenazopyridine is occasionally prescribed during the first few days in addition to antibiotics to help with the burning and urgency sometimes felt during a bladder infection.[31] However, it is not routinely recommended due to safety concerns with its use, specifically an elevated risk of methemoglobinemia (higher than normal level of methemoglobin in the blood).[32]Acetaminophen (paracetamol) may be used for fevers.[33]Women with recurrent simple UTIs may benefit from self-treatment upon occurrence of symptoms with medical follow-up only if the initial treatment fails. A prescription for antibiotics can be delivered to a pharmacist by phone.[1]Uncomplicated Uncomplicated infections can be diagnosed and treated based on symptoms alone.[1] Oral antibiotics such as trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole (TMP/SMX), cephalosporins, nitrofurantoin, or a fluoroquinolone substantially shorten the time to recovery with all being equally effective.[34] A three-day treatment with trimethoprim, TMP/SMX, or a fluoroquinolone is usually sufficient, whereas nitrofurantoin requires 5–7 days.[1][35] With treatment, symptoms should improve within 36 hours.[3] About 50% of people will recover without treatment within a few days or weeks.[1] The Infectious Diseases Society of America does not recommend fluoroquinolones as first treatment due to the concern of generating resistance to this class of medication.[35]Amoxicillin-clavulanate appears less effective than other options.[36] Despite this precaution, some resistance has developed to all of these medications related to their widespread use.[1]Trimethoprim alone is deemed to be equivalent to TMP/SMX in some countries.[35] For simple UTIs, children often respond to a three-day course of antibiotics.[37]Pyelonephritis Pyelonephritis is treated more aggressively than a simple bladder infection using either a longer course of oral antibiotics or intravenous antibiotics.[38] Seven days of the oral fluoroquinolone ciprofloxacin is typically used in areas where the resistance rate is less than 10%. If the local resistance rates are greater than 10%, a dose of intravenous ceftriaxone often prescribed. In those who exhibit more severe symptoms, admission to a hospital for ongoing antibiotics may be needed.[38] Complications such as urinary obstruction from a kidney stone may be considered if symptoms do not improve following two or three days of treatment.[2][38]

born Jeffrey Atkins, is on the verge of being
released from prison, after serving time for the
illegal possession of a firearm in Manhattan, New
 York in 2010.
According to the Associated Press, while his
sentence for the firearm was shortened for good
behavior, Ja Rule will go straight into federal
custody to finish his sentence for tax evasion.
Although the sentences ran concurrently, Ja Rule
still has a little less than six months of a 28
month-long tax evasion sentence, and he could
end up serving the remainder of sentence in a
 half-way house.
While in jail, Ja Rule was on relatively good
behavior only picking up two misbehavior reports
for unauthorized phone calls in February 2012.
Ja Rule completed his work assignments on lawn
and grounds crews and even participated in
education programs according to his attorney,
 Stacey Richman.
Ja Rule will likely be looking to get back to work
soon as he still owes the IRS over $1 million in
 back taxes and unpaid fines.

In 2010 New York City police found a loaded .40-
caliber semiautomatic gun in the back door of Ja
Rule's $250,000 car after being pulled over for
 speeding.
Then in March 2011 in federal court Ja Rule
admitted that he was negligent in paying taxes on
more than $3 million of money he earned between
2004 and 2006 while he living in Saddle River,
 N.J..
"I in no way attempted to deceive the government
or do anything illegal," Ja Rule told the judge. "I
was a young man who made a lot of money — I'm
getting a little choked up — I didn't know how to
deal with these finances, and I didn't have people
to guide me, so I made mistakes."
No word on Ja Rule's plans for linking up with
Murder Inc., but he has said he is working on Pain
 is Love 2.

 More news as details emerge.

has weighed in on the cancellation of her reality
show "Starter Wives Confidential," which was
recently canceled from the TLC network's lineup of
 programming.
Tashera Simmons was one of the ex-wives/
girlfriends featured on the show, which also
 included ex-girlfriends/wives of Floyd Mayweather
Jr., Lamar Odom and rapper 50 Cent.
While 50 Cent has claimed in reports that he had
a hand in "Starter Wives Confidential's"
cancellation, TLC recently issued a statement after
the show was axed, blaming bad ratings as the
reason the plug pulled was pulled.
In a statement released today (February 21),
Tashera Simmons lashed out, claiming the show
was canceled due to "many inflated egos."
"I am no stranger to television and what just
happened was unheard of and completely
unorthodox," Tashera Simmons said. "There were millions of dollars
and a lot of hard work put into this project by the
producers, staff and my costars. It's hard to
believe that there are still some fundamental
issues in our society about women speaking up or
 having a voice."
According to Tashera Simmons, "Starter Wives
Confidential" was more than just a reality show –
it was about a group of women "stepping out of
the shadows of their ex's and finding their way in
 life personally and professionally."
Tashera Simmons took an obvious shot at rapper
50 Cent, claiming that a double standard existed
 in the entertainment industry.
"It's okay for rappers to get on television and tell
their story about how many times do were shot or
how they were heavily in the drug game, but it's
not okay for women to share their story about
their life experiences," Tashera Simmons said.
Tashera Simmons is working on her memoir titled
"Finding Tashera," in addition to coaching her son
Xavier Simmons, as he embarks upon a career in
 the music business.

Brown rode a fresh wave of breakup rumors all the way
to Hawaii this week, the pair heading to Honolulu
barely a week after the two showed up at the same
nightclub and subsequently avoided each other.
"Pour it up pour it up! #birthdaybehavior," the birthday
girl wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of herself
perched on Brown's lap in a limo.
Rihanna's brother, Rorrey Fenty, is also along for the
birthday celebration, with Fenty posting a pic to
Instagram of himself with a group of friends, writing,
 "We Allllll Here!"
And though reports swirled just yesterday that the
Grammy Awards' resident snugglers had a falling out
that very night, that obviously didn't stop them from
 heading out on vacation together.

Also today, Rihanna tweeted a throwback photo of her
and her once-again constant companion, taken at her
20th birthday party—another indicator that all is still
 right in their little world.

The two also enjoyed a little (semi-)private time.
"Rihanna and Chris came out around 2 p.m. and took a
quick walk on the beach in front of their rented home. It
was a bit windy so they didn't stay out very long," an
 eyewitness said.
"Chris was leading Rihanna by the hand," our source
continues. "She was puffing on something as she
walked and seemed very relaxed and happy. Her hair
was blowing and she twirled around. She looked totally
free and like she was really enjoying her birthday. Chris
was protective and made sure to hold her hand as they
walked. They only went a few houses over and then
they turned around and came back."

The growth of Hip-hop in Nigeria has witnessed a lot of trail blazers and game changers that have stepped upthe game with differentcontroversial forms; however, no matter how the story is being told, the name Ólaitan Olanipekun aka DAGRIN will always matter.
The name still remains strong in the foundation of Nigeria's hip hop game especially the Yoruba rap scene.
It's been three years since he passedon, but "oloro" as fondly called by hisassociates is still with us.
So in memory of keeping the name alive, KOSOFO ENTERTAINMENT is bringing DAGRIN back from the grave with " BLOOD MONEY MIX TAPE". This Mixtape was a brain childof the late rapper whose dreams was shattered in a fatal accident that claimed his life three years ago.

Why Wizkid Left EME Records To Float StarBoy Records

The source pointed out that since Ayodeji Balogun known as Wizkid signed with EME, he has been getting just 25% from whatever he gets paid to perform at an event with Banky W's Empire Mate Entertainment. EME is owned by Banky W and Segun Demuren who get 50%; and Osagie, Wizzy's ex-manager who introduced him to Banky after big record labels like Mo-Hits and Storm records rejected him, also got 25% from his hard earned money. "It is true they are having problems and this might just be the end of EME and Wizkid. When Wizzy signed his first (and last)contract with EME late in 2009, he saw Banky as his messiah because he was nobody in the music industry. It was a 75-25 sharing formula. Then Wizkid didn't mind because he was bent on building his musical career. In his contract, Banky W promised to take care of his accommodation, feeding and also his school and based on this fact, Wizkid accepted all the terms of agreement. Later, Wizzy sacked his manager, Osagie replacing her with Godwin because he felt she was getting too much. Wizkid was getting just 25% from every show because EME would take 50% while Osagie was taking 25%." Says an inside source. Wizzy sacked Osagie because she was not ready to receive 10%, but it doesn't end there. He was also having problems with Osagie who refused to come to terms with the fact that he was no longer the boy she picked up 4 years ago and couldn't be bossed around. The two had a bad falling out during which things deteriorated to the point where they began calling each other names. After the fight, he sacked Osagie. This development did not go down well with Banky W but because Wizzy was close to the end of his contract with EME, he gave in. Osagie was replaced by Godwin, who works for EME, and still continued too get 25%. So till the expiration of the old contract, 75% was still going to EME, while Wizkid made do with 25%. When Wizkid's contract expired late last year, he wanted a contract review requesting the 75-25 sharing formula be reviewed to 50-50 but Banky would not accept his proposal. Banky wanted EME to provide a manager who would keep taking 25%, but Wiz insisted he wanted 50%, and that he would pay his manager out of his own pocket. This issue had been dragging since September 2012 and that could have explained why Wizkid moved out of Banky's Ogudu GRA residence and got a new apartment in Lekki. What got Wizzy miffed was that he was making all the money for EME and was getting less. Also, the money being made was being used to finance the project of other EME stars namely, Niyola, Skales and Shaydee. Apparently Wizkid's international fame gave him more confidence to stand out on his own. Riding on this platform, he signed a management deal with Disturbing London, an international management company. Right now, his second Album is ready and features stars like Wale, Chris Brown, Tinie Tempar and others. Another inside source also adds: "the last time Wizkid charged 1million for a show was about 3 years ago. Before his fracas with EME, he was charging nothing less than three million per show, and the fee for corporate shows was way higher. In a week, Wiz was doing at least three shows, and raking in nothing less than 6million naira for EME on the average, totaling up to about 24 million naira per month. During festive periods, particularly Christmas, the amount he raked in was about triple that amount or more, and he charges even more for international shows. Then there were endorsements, the biggest of which was the PEPSI deal for which he was paid a staggering sum of $365,000. Of all these, Wizkid was only getting 25%. " The final straw was Banky's album launch recently. Wizkid was not invited for the show but he went all the same to show solidarity for his former label boss. Also, before the show, the contract review argument was still on ground and Wizkid was hoping the label would reconsider and take his offer. What he really wanted was 50%, out of which he would pay his manager, bodyguard, and mopol entourage, which he thought was reasonable. However, during the show, Wiz was snubbed. The label refused to acknowledge his presence, and with this, the relationship with EME was severed. Wizkid is now operating under his own label STARBOY RECORDS. So serious is the EME-Wizkid fallout that the label is now making people take sides. Sources say EME members no longer want to have anything to do with Wizkid and anyone that has any dealings with him. Banky W may not have given his side of the story but insiders note that Banky has spent a lot to make Wizkid who he is now. He feels Wizkid is not grateful and has forgotten where he was coming from. Sources say that Segun Demuren, Co-owner of EME has vowed to deal with Wizkid and make him regret ever leaving label. With all said and done, here is wishing both parties all the best in their future endeavors.

In a post directly targeted at the organizers of the February 17 Love Like a Movie concert, she questions why they had to pay so much for Kim Kardashian's services, only for her to make a short appearance.

Ibrahim suggested it's about time African organizers start appreciating home grown talent, instead of looking far for options that do little to improve their ratings, as in the case of Miss Kardashian.

"Ok Here's my 2cents! Been reading comments about Darey's concert and to be honest I don't see why he will pay so much money and fly Kim k to Naija just for a 45secs intro on his show," she says.

Still struggling to believe the organizers had to pay that much for a near no-show, she asks "Like seriously".
"Bro you could have flown me from Ghana and I would have represented! lol no hard feelings but it's about time we start appreciating our very own African talents then paying all these foreigners so much for 45 seconds performances.

"Check me out, way hotter than some of them peeps una dey pay big bucks for nothing better,"

a note accompanying a good-looking image of herself on Instagram.

My fellow 9ja people what do u think?

impossible, possible' if they are to overcome a first-leg
humbling by Bayern Munich in the last 16 of the UEFA
 Champions League.
The Emirates Stadium club suffered a 3-1 defeat in
north London through goals from Toni Kroos, Thomas
Muller and Mario Mandzukic, with only Lukas Podolski
 responding.
And Arsenal, who were dumped out of the FA Cup by
lower league Blackburn Rovers at the weekend, are
now facing an uphill task to recover at Bayern in the
 second leg on 13 March.
"Let us not hide the truth, it will be very difficult,"
Wenger, whose own future has been questioned, told
Sky Sports after seeing his side beaten by the
 Bundesliga leaders.
"But we will try to make the impossible, possible.
"We have to go there and play completely like we play
at home. We have to try to change the score. The third
goal makes it very difficult but we have to try."
Wenger had spent his pre-match press conference
angrily responding to criticism and reports about his
own future, claiming, 'you will miss me when I am
 gone'.
It has become a regular occurrence for Arsenal to be
scrutinised in an inconsistent campaign but the
Frenchman has indicated he could relish a siege
mentality ahead of the second leg against Bayern.
"We are the underdogs - you just need to read the
English press to understand that," Wenger said on
 Arsenal's official website.
"We have pressure, because we want to do well and we
want to win. I believe that whether you are favourites
or underdogs, what counts is to play well, make a good
pass when you have the ball and defend well when you
don't have the ball. All the rest, in our job, you have to
 take a distance from it.
"What is important is that when you play to win a
competition, at some stage you have to play a big
 team.
"If I listen to your questions, we are not favourites but I
trust our quality, our spirit and our mental strength."

by calls for Arsene Wenger's head and insists he
remains the right man for the job.
Vermaelen called on his team-mates to get behind
their under-fire manager after Tuesday's UEFA
Champions League defeat to Bayern Munich left the
north London club facing, barring a miracle, an eighth
 straight season without any silverware.
Wenger's side are already out of the title race, both
domestic cup competitions, and face a mountain to
climb after losing 3-1 at home to Bayern in their first
 leg of their last-16 tie.
"Of course we're behind him," said Vermaelen. "He's
done a lot for this club. He still does a lot of hard work
with us. He is the right man for the job.
"We have to show it on the pitch as well. At the
moment the results are not good. But we will work hard
with him to get the results back.
"Everyone in football looks too short term. They don't
look at the long term, and he's done a lot for this club.
"It doesn't mean that because it's not going well at the
moment we don't stand behind him.
"You have to look at the long term. He is the right man
for this club and we are all behind him."

The students: Fehintola Oluwatobi, a 400 level Biochemistry student; Sunday Fatoki, a 300 level Biochemistry student; and Omotola, a 300 level Biology student- were allegedly arrested at the university on February 7, 2013. It was gathered that the arrest was prompted by some gunshots fired during the school's convocation ceremony on Feburary 5. According to a student who does not want his name in print, "On the first day of the convocation, we heard gunshots around Amina Hall, near the Faculty of Education. "Some policemen who were within campus at the time assisted the school security and arrested one of the suspects. "The suspect was arrested with a locally-made gun and later handed over to the University Security officials who later handed them over to the Sabo police division." When the school's Dean of Students Affairs, Prof Kayode Amud was contacted he said, "I heard just like you that some students were arrested during the convocation week. As I am yet to get full details of that report, I cannot say for certain that the persons in question are actually students of the university." However, some police sources told journalist on the condition of anonymity that the students were indeed cultists. One of them said, "All the suspects in custody are members of the same cult. A certain Opeyemi was the first to be arrested. Subsequent investigationsrevealed that Oluwatobi, Fatoki and Omotola were also cult members. "They were arrested with two knives and one iron bar. Fatoki in particular was formerly a student of the school until he was dismissed several years ago. It was the university authorities who transferred the students with the exhibits." While confirming the arrest, the Lagos state Police Spokesperson, Ngozi Braide, said, "Three students were actually handed over to the Lagos Police Command by the UNILAG authorities. "They are suspected cult members because some knives and charms were found in their possession. "Investigation is ongoing concerning their activities on campus. The fourth suspect was arrested by the Sabo Police division and was later transferred to SARS."
