The mum-to-be stepped out in a skin-hugging dress that revealed her expanding baby bump and ledge-ndary derriere in all their glory.
Her black and white dress was a hit in the fashion stakes, ticking the Spring/Summer trend of monochrome and smart tailoring.
And it also served to tease fans with a now-you-see-it, now-you-don't glimpse of her famous body.
The body-hugging black dress was adorned with a draping white panel that covered the front – and only one side of her body.
Meaning when she turned to the other side only the clingy black material was visible.
Kim, who is still favouring stilettos over flats, had arranged her jet black hair into a neat bun and applied a slash of tomato red lippy to her lips.
The 32-year-old reality star has revealed that she and partner Kanye West will be finding out the sex of her baby before its birth in July.
She told E! news: "I don't know what we're having yet. I do want to find out, I do."
But she said she doesn't have a preference over a boy or girl.
Lucky Kim has spoken of how grateful she is to have had an easy pregnancy so far.
As well as dodging morning sickness and weird food cravings, the growing bump hasn't affected her sleeping patterns – because she has the ability to settle down anywhere.
She explained: "I sleep amazing, it's like the best sleep ever.
"I'm a really easy sleeper though, you can put me on the couch with all these people in the room and say, 'You've got 10 minutes,' and I'll take an eight-minute nap."
