The 2013 Grammy nominee, who was cruising
around Beverly Hills when he smashed his car into a
wall, says the victim of "aggressive pursuit by the
paparazzi," according to his rep. Brown's
spokesperson claims he was cut off by two vehicles
while driving in the swanky Los Angeles
neighborhood, when "the occupants jumped out,
with cameras, and aggressively approached his
vehicle. In an effort to remove himself from the
situation, he began to back down an alley at which
point his was cut off by two additional vehicles."
