 The Italy striker, who previously played for Milan's
 rivals Inter, returns to San Siro on a four-and-a-half-
 year contract.
 City confirmed Balotelli's exit on their website and the
 22-year-old, who won the FA Cup and the Premier
 League in his two full seasons but made many
 headlines for his disciplinary problems, thanked
 manager Roberto Mancini for standing by him.
 He said: "I love Roberto, he has been very important for
 my career, and I will always thank him for having trust
 and faith in me.
 "Being at City was an important part of my life and
 career. I needed to grow up like a player and as a
 person and it has been a very good experience for me.
 "I will remember, too, the song that City fans had for
 me. It was special for me and I always liked to hear it. I
 hope they can still sing it sometimes.
 "I will always be interested in Manchester City and their
 fortunes. I really hope that City can win the league
 again this year and beat United. I think there are great
 players at the club and a great manager too."
 Mancini said: "We are very sorry for him because he
 leaves the club but we hope Mario can continue to
 improve and continues to work hard because he is a

 Germain.
 The former England captain, a free agent since leaving
 LA Galaxy in December, joins the Ligue 1 leaders on a
 five-month contract.
 Beckham considered offers from around the world but
 has opted for a club in the knockout stages of the
 Champions League, backed by wealthy Qatari owners
 and led by Carlo Ancelotti, who was manager at Milan
 during his first loan spell there.
 Addressing the press at his official unveiling Beckham,
 who will donate his wages to a Paris children's charity,
 said: "I'm excited. it's something we've been talking
 about for quite a while and it's finally happened.
 "I'm very lucky. I'm 37 years old and I had more offers
 now than I've had in my career. I chose Paris because I
 can see what the club are trying to do.
 "It's an exciting city, but now there's a club that's
 going to have a lot of success over the next 10, 15, 20
 years. To be part of something that's growing is
 something that's very exciting to me."
 Beckham confirmed he had offers from England but
 said: "Unless it was Manchester United I wouldn't want
 to play for a Premier League team."
 And on the prospect of a reunion with Ancelotti he said:
 "Carlo's one of the best managers I've worked with."

 Congratulations, how are the wedding plans coming along and when is the date?
 Oh they are going great, the date is not set yet but you will know in due course.
 Apart from the wedding, what are the other plans for the year, Any new music to look forward to?
 There is new music, plenty of it. Matter of fact, I am in the process of recording 3 albums right now.
 The first is the 'Rewind, Select and Update' album which is not an album of original music per-se, just something I am doing to put songs that I have done before out there, kind of refresh them.
 Essentially you go back, select a track you used to like then, check it out now but that is a side project. I'm working on the international edition of my last album, 'Away and Beyond' also working on my new album. So it's a jam packed year.

 According to the Prosecution, led by Mr. Theophilous Omenuwoma, "David Wonder, until the ugly incident was a junior staff with DELSU was an admission racketeer who collected the sum of N155,000 from the deceased to assist her to secure admission into the University.
 "He however could not secure the admission for the deceased but in a bid to cover up the fraud he lured the late Princes Chinoso Ijezie to his house under the pretence that he wanted to refund the said amount but instead, he murdered and secretly buried her in a shallow grave close to his house before nemesis caught up with him."
 Six witnesses were called by the prosecution to prove its case, while the accused testified himself and called no witness. The court in convicting him stated that "the punishment for a crime of this magnitude is death penalty. This accused does not deserve less… He is therefore sentenced to death by the neck until he is dead".

 his Roc Nation label yesterday. News of the big-name

 Few details of the deal have been reported and it's
 not clear whether Timbaland is still signed to
 Interscope Records as a solo artist. It's likely that the
 producer may have signed on to the management
 division of the company. If so, he'd join Rihanna,
 Meek Mill and Solange as artists who have turned
 to the hip hop mogul to serve as a deal broker for

 The 20-year-old becomes Liverpool's second signing of
 the January transfer window following the arrival of
 striker Daniel Sturridge at the start of the month.
 Coutinho said: "I'm feeling very happy, it's a very
 important step in my career and I'm expecting to come
 here and play good football to give my contribution on
 the pitch.
 "Liverpool is a great club with great players. We've
 always heard about Liverpool's history in Brazil.
 "They are the club that have been interested in me and
 that have showed this interest so I know they believe in
 me and my football."
 Coutinho, who has one cap for Brazil, began his career
 at Vasco da Gama before moving to Inter Milan in 2010
 - and the player also enjoyed a loan spell at Espanyol.
 Liverpool managing director Ian Ayre said: "We're
 always delighted when we get the players we go after.
 "It has been a successful transfer window for us,
 coming off the back of acquiring Daniel Sturridge from
 Chelsea and now Philippe from Inter Milan.
 "I think that bodes well for us for the rest of the season

 The enigmatic Italy international flew into Milan's
 Malpensa airport prior to undergoing a medical after
 the two clubs agreed a fee for the 22-year-old on
 Tuesday.
 Balotelli, who moved to the Premier League from Inter
 Milan in August 2010, is expected to put pen-to-paper
 on a four-and-a-half-year contract before Thursday's
 transfer deadline.
 The striker has endured a miserable time with City this
 season, scoring just one Premier League goal, and with
 his last start coming in the 3-2 derby defeat by
 Manchester United on 9 December, when he was
 hauled off after 52 minutes by a clearly frustrated
 Roberto Mancini.
 Balotelli is confident he will rediscover his best form
 away from the Etihad Stadium and is hoping that he
 will receive nothing but the full backing of the Milan
 supporters.
 Speaking to the Milan Channel, he admitted: "I ran to
 Milan.
 "I had wanted to play here for a long time. The start of
 this season was negative, but with this jersey I will do
 better.
 "I made some important choices, so I hope they can
 bring good luck to me and the team. I just want the
 fans to love me."
 Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has admitted the
 transfer is a 'dream come true' and believes the arrival
 of Balotelli can only drive the Italian giants on to
 greater heights.
 Galliani told the club's official website: "It is a dream
 come true and something that we all wanted, with the
 president Silvio Berlusconi at the forefront.
 "With the arrival of Mario, we have strengthened our
 team a lot.

 could extend that further against Southampton on
 Wednesday.
 "It is difficult because I lost one important striker and
 that could be important in the next 14 games,"
 Mancini said.
 "But it is important for Mario - to be back in Italy,
 back with his family and to play for Milan."
 Mancini believes Balotelli has done "very well" in his
 two and a half years with City, although concedes
 this season has proved more difficult.
 He was also quick to deny suggestions the departure
 was related to difficulties in dealing with the forward.
 "No, no, no, not for me," he said. "For me, Mario was
 like another of my children.
 "Mario is this but you can be upset with him
 sometimes.
 "The club told me they had this from Milan. I spoke
 with Mario and I think he wanted this.
 "I think for him after three years in England to come

 four-and-a-half year deal with AC Milan.
 The Italian giants claim the deal has been done,
 although City sources say it will be completed on
 Wednesday morning once the Italian has passed a
 medical.
 City had also been negotiating with Juventus but Milan
 director Umberto Gandini insists the fee - believed to
 be around £20m - has been agreed and the 22-year-old
 has committed his future until the summer of 2017.
 The deal will bring to an end Balotelli's two-year
 rollercoaster at the Etihad, a stint which saw him

 Shanghai Shenhua.
 Drogba will sign his deal when the Ivory Coast's run at
 the Africa Cup of Nations comes to an end - their next
 game is a quarter-final in Rustenberg on Sunday.
 The 34-year-old left Stamford Bridge last summer for
 China in the wake of leading the Premier League club to
 UEFA Champions League glory.
 Drogba's signing is the second major deal Galatasaray
 have completed in the January transfer window, having
 brought Dutch midfielder Wesley Sneijder to the club
 last week.
 According to reports, Drogba will earn 10 million euros
 over the 18-months of his contract with a 15,000 euro
 bonus for each match he plays.
 Drogba said, through his representatives Sports PR
 Company, on Twitter: "The opportunity to play for this
 great club was an offer that I could not turn down.
 "I am looking forward to playing in the Champions

 AC Milan are already in negotiations with City about
 bringing Italy international Balotelli back to Serie A, 
 But other Sources say, it appears Italian
 champions Juve are now competing with them for the
 22-year-old's signature.
 City manager Roberto Mancini has consistently
 rubbished speculation linking Balotelli with a return to
 Italy, and as recently as Monday morning Mancini's
 assistant David Platt played down the prospect of a
 deal before Thursday's transfer deadline.
 But the latest reports suggest a move for Balotelli
 could be imminent.
 There has been no official comment from City, and
 even Platt was in the dark when he stood in for Mancini
 at a press conference ahead of Tuesday's trip to
 Queens Park Rangers.
 He said: "We've three days left before the deadline, but
 I haven't heard anything, to be honest. It's speculation.
 "It's a shame Robbie's not here, because he might
 know a lot more than me. As far as we're concerned,
 he's still a Manchester City player. I'm not aware of any
 negotiation."
 Balotelli, who previously played for Inter Milan, was
 labelled a "bad apple" by Milan's owner Silvio
 Berlusconi earlier this season after a series of
 disciplinary problems during his two-and-a-half-years
 in England.
 But neither that outburst, nor Berlusconi's claim last
 week that the 22-year-old is out of Milan's price range,
 has killed off talk of a deal with speculation in Italy
 suggesting Milan are prepared to pay around £20m
 plus add-ons.
 Balotelli has travelled with the City squad to London for
 the game at QPR and is available having overcome the
 virus which kept him out of Saturday's FA Cup fourth-
 round win at Stoke.

 According to Local 10, police were called to an intersection in the South Florida neighbor around 5 a.m. in response to reports of a car accident and gun shots being fired. Upon their arrival, law enforcement discovered a Rolls-Royce that slammed into a residential building after being fired upon by an unknown vehicle.
 
 Witnesses on the scene say Ross and an unidentified woman were in the Rolls-Royce when it crashed to evade the gun fire. The rapper and his female companion were not injured during the crash and the police have yet to reveal their names for safety reasons.

 Police have confirmed that Rick Ross was driving the vehicle that crashed into an apartment building during the shooting. The "Diced Pineapples" MC was traveling with fashion designer Shateria L. Moragne-el, who is reportedly dating Ross.
