 Gist4rela has gathered reliably that the Okoyes are currently building another mansion in Park View Estate located in the highbrow Ikoyi area of Lagos State. A rep for the pop stars confirmed this.
 
 We're told construction of the 'edifice' began late last year while Psquare were on their series of African tours.
 
 A recent photo on Jude Okoye's Instagram page shows him with younger brother Peter Okoye on the new site.
 
 In January 2013, the Okoyes acquired a house in San Francisco.
 
 The twins will be performing in Luanda, Angola on March 2.

 the Connecticut nightclub Club Sinergee has
 spoken with local police officials multiple times in
 the past week, to add extra officers to 50 Cent's
 March 1 party.
 
 In order to ensure the guests orderly exits at the
 conclusion of the party, club owner Michael
 Carusone has scheduled eight to 10 officers to be
 outside the club, in addition to the private
 security guards in the club.
 The venue holds roughly 700 people and the extra
 police force is a precautionary measure to handle
 any excessive crowding outside of people who are
 denied admission.
 This event is the after party for ESPN's Friday
 Night Fights event at Foxwood Resort Casino in
 Mashantucket, Connecticut.
 50 Cent's new boxing promotion company SMS
 Promotion is collaborating with DiBella
 Entertainment for the fight, which will begin at
 7pm. Club Sinergee plans to broadcast the fights
 and await the G-Unit general's arrival after the
 conclusion of the final fight.
 Carusone says VIP passes are still available and
 people can call (203) 440-2750 for reservations.
 
 50 Cent started the new boxing venture in
 November of 2012 and has already had to handle
 a high profile scandal.
 In a recent interview with the New York Daily
 News, Mr. Jackson denied that one of his
 boxers, Yuriorkis Gamboa, was a customer of the
 Miami anti-aging clinic, Biogenesis, which is
 accused of selling performance enhancing drugs.
 Gamboa's name appeared on the questionable
 clinic's records, a fact that 50 Cent attributes to
 Gamboa being an unlucky bystander of the
 embattled rapper's perceived reputation:
 "The additional publicity and notoriety that
 Gamboa has received from being in connection to
 me — the timing of it makes me feel like that's a
 part of it, of why he would actually be mentioned

 Lil Wayne is not only receiving flack from past
 collaborators but other Miami music legends.
 Luther "Uncle Luke" Campbell of 2 Live Crew fame
 responded to Lil Wayne's disparaging remarks to
 the Miami Heat with an Uncle Luke's Gospel blog
 post that called for Rick Ross to speak some sense
 into the 30-year-old skateboarding rap titan
 claiming Wayne ""treats Miami like his b**ch
 because people let him."
 Back in October of 2011, the former king of
 raunchy rap took to his personal blog to denounce
 Lil Wayne and others (DJ Khaled and P. Diddy to
 be exact) for living in Miami and not giving back
 to the community.
 
 Not one to bite his tongue, Wayne returned to
 Miami's 99 Jamz and claimed he never read Luke's
 post and actually has never actually met him. The
 man who has sold in excess of 12.5 million
 records in his career also feels it has been an anti-
 Lil Wayne movement since he first arrived:
 
 "Ever since I got out here there were billboards
 saying 'Lil Wayne go back home,' and I never did
 anything."
 
 Lil Wayne's I Am Not A Human Being II album is
 set to be released on March 26th and plans on
 releasing his sequel to 2006′ collaborative album

 set to wed. Sunmbo is getting married to the senior
 pastor at Royal Christian Centre, David Adeoye. Their
 wedding has been fixed for Saturday May 4th 2013.
 Their court wedding will hold Thursday May 2nd at
 the Ikoyi registry. They already held their
 introduction ceremony.
 Sunmbo has been friends with David for many years
 before David lost his wife, Folake Adeoye in
 November 2011. Sunmbo who is an active member
 in pastor Adeoye's church got a place in the pastor's
 heart and she won't have to only be a choir member
 or just lead praise and worship songs, she's going to
 officially become the pastor's wife soon.

He thinks David can take it to the next level but he also feels education is compulsory foundation for his son', a source to the family tells us.  Dbanj took to twitter today to officially announce
 the release date for teh project which will have

 The album was originally slated for a December
 2012 release but was postponed.
 We'll definitely keep an eye out, and from the looks
 of it the album will definitely be one of the bigger

 launch of their new performance water AQUAhydrate.
 According to a press release, the entertainment
 mogul and actor have formed a joint venture with
 Southern California's fitness and wellness water
 brand AQUAhydrate. As part of the agreement, the
 pair will oversee business strategies alongside CEO
 John Cochran, formerly President of Fiji Water. They
 will also help secure retail partnerships for the
 beverage, and have already inked deals with GNC,
 Safeway and Kroger.
 AQUAhydrate, which was voted BevNET's Best of
 2012 award for Best Product Revamp, is a
 performance water without sugar and calories found
 in other sports drinks. The company recently netted a
 partnership with the Los Angeles Clippers to be
 serviced to the team on and off the court.
 "This is a truly innovative company, and I'm thrilled
 to be part of it," says Wahlberg. "We all strive to do
 the best we can for our bodies but sometimes
 schedules, stress and other factors get in the way.
 AQUAhydrate helps me achieve the balance my body
 needs, no matter what. I enjoy being involved in

 looking forward to a very successful partnership."

 Diddy and Wahlberg's relationship extends back
 many years. Earlier in 2013, the latter hinted to
 WENN that the two had a business partnership in the
 works and that they've known each other from Puff's
 intern days. "We started out around the same time. I
 met him at Uptown Records working for Andre Harrell
 as an intern and we've known each other forever,"

 This week alone, the singer/rapper aficionado Lil
 Wayne's "Love Me" single with Future and Drake
 is #4 on the Rap Songs chart, his duet with
 Rihanna on "Loveeee Song" is #6 on Billboard Hip
 Hop/R&B chart and his own single "Neva End"
 featuring Kelly Rowland sits at #6 on R&B/HipHop
 Airplay Charts.
 
 Garnering this level of success came from
 networking and smart collaborations, a tried and
 true method he continues with a planned
 collaboration with one of the biggest names in
 music.
 The Freebandz Record CEO is not only penning
 songs for the former American Idol judge's first
 album in over two years but also producing and
 will be featured on the album. Future has also
 been logging in time in the studio with other acts
 such as Monica, Shakira, Usher and his rumored
 girlfriend Ciara. Future recently released the
 mixtape FBG: The Movie and plans on
 collaborating with Kanye West, Rihanna,
 Timbaland and more for his follow up to Pluto and
 Pluto 3D, entitled Future Hendrix.

 Grammy Awards the English folk band wants to
 follow up 2012′s megahit Babel with different
 genre influences.
 
 "We really want to rap," lead vocalist Marcus
 Mumford tells Rolling Stone in a recent interview
 "We've just got so much to say – saying it through
 a melody doesn't really work for me." The West
 London collective are working on their third album
 and wants to "do something that's a cousin" to
 the indie folk/bluegrass sound that populated
 their first two LPs according to Mumford.
 The band have been taking this idea more
 seriously than a simple pet project with the band
 admitting to rapping during practice sessions and
 even consulting a Hip Hop demigod for guidance.
 "We've been talking with Jay-Z about it, you know.
 
 It's gonna be a fresh experience for our band,"
 Mumford said.
 
 Babel was recorded in a little over a year and the
 band expects a longer process for the new album.
 
 "It might take a few more years than it took to

 Media has enlisted Bey to headline the 18th
 annual V Festival in the U.K. August 17-18, just
 weeks after closing her Mrs. Carter Show tour

 The V Fest will not be Europe's only chance to
 enjoy Queen Bey this year, as she will take her
 breathtaking live show from Eastern Europe to
 Scandinavia between April 15 and May 29. V
 Fest's other headliner, Kings of Leon, will join
 Ms. Knowles along with Kendrick Lamar, Ellie
 Goulding and Calvin Harris. Past V Fest acts
 included Stone Roses, the Killers, David
 Guetta.
 
 Following the birth of her daughter, Blue Ivy
 Carter, Beyoncé kept a low profile for most of 2012.
 She has returned in 2013 with a bang, starring in a
 highly rated HBO documentary about her life and
 returning to the road to build buzz for the release her
 upcoming album.
 
 She will attempt to satisfy the deafening buzz from
 her "Bey-hive" with both national and international
 tours including the Mrs. Carter tour, which will take
 her across North America starting at the BET
 Experience on June 28.
 Tickets for this year's V Festival go on sale Friday,
 March 1.

 Jackson will play Cooper, a trauma victim who bonds
 with Silver ( Jessica Stroup) over the realization -- at
 a very young age -- how precious life is. He is filming
 his guest spot this week.
 
 The news comes just one week after Entertainment
 Tonight announced that the 16-year-old Jackson
 would be joining the entertainment newsmagazine
 as an on-air correspondent. "I'm looking to become
 well-rounded as a producer, director, screenwriter
 and actor," Jackson told ET's Brooke Anderson last
 week.
 
 Jackson, repped by Ja-Tail Enterprises, is the latest
 guest star to drop by 90210 this season. Other
 notable names have included Carly Rae
 Jepsen, Ryan Lochte, Nelly Furtado, Carmen

 villagers as "Zhu Jianqiang" (Strong-willed

 Owner Wang Xihai said: "My wife asked me to dump
 it but I refused as it's a life. I thought I should give it
 a chance to survive and unexpectedly it survived
 healthily.
 "I trained her a while each day. After 30 days she can
 agilely walk upside down. She proved to us that no
 matter what form life is it should continue to live on. I
 won't sell it no matter how much the offer is."
 Wang claimed that he has rejected a high-priced

 Announcing the results, chairman Peter Hill-Wood said: "Our ability to compete at the top of the game here and in Europe is underpinned by our financial performance which gives the Club strength and independence.
 
 "Our desire is to make everyone connected with Arsenal proud of the Club. We know that comes through winning trophies but also through the way we do things and that will remain our constant guide."
 
 The figures show a profit before tax of £17.8 million. This was driven primarily by player sales of £42.5 million but the accounts also show an investment of £40.9 million in signing new players - Lukas Podolski, Santi Cazorla andOlivier Giroud - and the extension of contracts for existing players.
 
 
 
 The Club has extended contracts for Jack Wilshere, Theo Walcott, Kieran Gibbs, Aaron Ramsey, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Carl Jenkinson. More recently, the Club has signed Nacho Monreal from Malaga.
 
 Football turnover dropped from £113.5 million to £106 million as a result of four fewer home fixtures compared to the same period last year. However, overall operating profits from the Club's property operation increased to £1.9 million versus £0.5 million in 2011.
 
 The Club has no short-term debt and continues to have a robust financial platform from cash reserves of £123.3 million. These were at £115.2 million in 2011.
 
 The report also confirms the extended partnership with Emirates which will be worth up to £150 million. This comes in addition to deals with Airtel and Malta Guinness and additional sponsorship linked to the pre-season tour.
 
 Mr Hill-Wood added: "The Emirates partnership is one of the biggest sponsorship deals in the game and is an endorsement of the commercial approach we are taking."

Authoritative sources confirmed that soldiers had stormed the school gate to disrupt the rampaging students who were protesting the scarcity of water in and around the institution.The students, including fresh entrants, began the protest at about 7:30am after over close to two weeks of water crisis which hit Keffi because the management could not treat and pump water from Mada Water Works along Keff-Akwanga Road. They chanted "No Water, No Road" during the protest. An accounting student said the students had blocked the main road in front of the school gate. This he said disrupted traffic for several hours. The road is a major link road connecting Benue and Lafia to Abuja. One source narrated that the soldiers fired live bullets in a bid to disperse the students to allow free flow of traffic. He said three students may have died as they were hit in critical parts of their bodies. According to more recent reports, no fewer than five students were shot by a combined team of soldiers and policemen who moved in to open the barricade by students of NSUK. Soldiers and policemen were said to have opened fire at point blank, killing two students on the spot, and injuring three others at the High Court area of Keffi, where the security personnel tried to break up the protesters at about 11am.Joseph Danjuma, spokesman to the deputy governor, said they were about to "issue a press statement" on the matter. Meanwhile, the management of the university has announced the decision to close down the school, according to Jamil Zakari, spokesman of the university. Zakari also said he heard of the shooting down of students, but added that "I cannot officially confirm that now". State police spokesman, DSP Michael Ada refused to confirm the shooting and killing of students by either the soldiers or policemen. But he confirmed that the security personnel were there on ground. Ada said the state commissioner of police, Abayomi Akeremale had left Lafia to Keffi, earlier in the morning when the protesters stormed into the major road. "But I can't say anything official now because I am yet to hear from them there," the PPRO said. Eyewitnesses say the ambulance could not make its way to the school clinic where the team of medical officers were rushing the three badly bleeding students, and had to take another route to the Federal Medical Centre (FMC) in town. "The university gate was sealed up by our students. So the ambulance could not make its way to the school clinic. The ambulance tried to go to FMC, but the road was blocked. They had to find other routes to FMC, somehow," one student said. Presently, about a dozen students have been rushed to the hospital and some are in critical condition. As at the time of this report, the students have razed down a police station opposite the Angwan Lambu community.As the protest turned sour, the University has been closed indefinitely.

 expecting a baby girl, a source close to West
 confirms to Us Weekly. The couple, who are due in
 July, are said to be "over the moon" by the
 news. "Kanye always wanted a girl," the friend says.

 best-dressed infants in the world. "If anyone knows

 Hip-hop artiste and Nigeria's representative at the last Big Brother Africa Star Game reality show, Goldie passed away on Thursday night shortly after she returned from the US where she attended the Grammy Awards on Sunday.
  
 The musician who is famous for her sense of style, died at Reddington Hospital, in Victoria Island, Lagos.
 
 She was said to have been rushed to the hospital after she complained of a migraine and then gave up the ghost in the hands of her friend and Channel O Veejay; Denrele Edun, who was in the hospital with her.
