Senator Ben Murray-Bruce representing Bayelsa East senatorial district, visited his constituency yesterday, December 4.
The senator boarded a small boat on his trip.
He shared the photos on his Twitter handle with the caption: “Chilling out with my peeps on my way to my constituency to give account of my stewardship to my ogas, the electorate.”
When asked by one of his followers why he didn’t go in a yacht, he replied: “I can, but prefer to go through what my people go through everyday. How can I represent them if I use a yacht & they use boats?”
