Nigerian R & B super-star and Mavins First-lady Tiwa Savage is officially Engaged to her manager Tee Billz.
Tee Billz has called her Mrs. Billz "countless times". But Tiwa Savage confirmed this few minutes after she posted a cake with "Mrs. Billz" written on it. Look at the cakes clearly…
